Live Wire in the press
Entertainment

Live Wire has numerous features that are unique and well suited for movies, theaters and bands. First and foremost, Live Wire is contemporary and futuristic in appearance. It is therefore no wonder that Brad Einhorn, the art director for "Batman and Robin", chose to use Live Wire in the "Mr. Freeze" episode. It was then used in "Con-Air" and other movies, as a replacement for miniature neon lights. The directors of "Con-Air", placed Live Wire on a Las Vegas strip model, making the guitar strings on The Hard Rock Café light up, along with and a number of other miniature hotels . Live Wire was also used on the Borg in the movie, "Star Trek", incorperated into the aliens in "Dark City", the space suits in "Lost in Space", and in the latest "X-Men" movie. Live Wire has since then been used in many props in both the film, TV, Theater and music industry. Live Wire is also used extensively on Broadway both in the "Production of Aida" (music by Elton John) and in the "Blue Man Group's" group spectacular Los Vegas show at the Luxor Hotel in Las Vegas and around the world.

Theme Parks

Live Wire has also been successfully fitted onto high-speed rides for theme parks that have a tremendous amount of vibration. Live Wire can take the beating and gives high speed rides those extra special effects. The exciting effects and flexiblitiy of Live Wire were also taken advantage of by some major theme parks by attaching Live Wire to parade floats and costumes, bringing fun and excitement to their night parades. Live Wire has also been sucessfully integrated into illuminated kites. Kites with ninety foot tails of Live Wire were used to light up the night sky over Florida during the grand finale of the millennium celebrations sponsored by the state of Florida.
